Atenveldt Order of Precedence Warranted Office Verification Submission Form

The Crown of Atenveldt wishes to display the warranted SCA offices held by Their populace in the online Order of Precedence (OP). To do this, the Seneschal’s office has created this form to be able to add and validate requests of Their populace. By filling out this form and providing the data needed, the Seneschal’s office will be able to facilitate the display of its past and present officers. This form can be completed online and then printed and/or saved to your computer (use the PRINT FORM and/or SAVE FORM buttons near the bottom of the form). Or, a blank form may be printed and then filled out manually. Completed forms and supporting materials should be delivered to the Kingdom Seneschal's office via e-mail (seneschal@atenveldt.org), post, or hand delivery. Submitter's signature is not required.
